KasiBill is an invoicing and payment workflow platform designed for South African businesses. The app is provided at app.kasibill.co.za.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KasiBill for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including sending misleading invoices or violating customer rights.

5. Billing and plans

Paid subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. Plan features may evolve over time. Any material pricing changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Data and responsibility

You retain ownership of your business data. You are responsible for ensuring invoice and client data is lawful and accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

KasiBill is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KasiBill is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
